At Santayana, we believe exceptional jewelry should be matched by an exceptional experience. From the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives, we are committed to making every detail feel seamless, thoughtful, and secure. Our shipping and return practices below reflect the policies currently listed on Santayana’s customer care information.
Shipping
Each order is prepared with care. Most purchases are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Standard orders placed by 11:59 PM EST begin processing the following day. Orders placed with Next Day service by 1:00 PM EST begin processing the same day; orders submitted after that time, or over the weekend, begin processing on the next business day. During holiday periods, promotional events, or in cases where an item is on backorder and being produced, processing may take longer.
Santayana currently ships within the United States and Canada, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
For time-sensitive occasions, we are pleased to try to accommodate rush requests whenever possible. To arrange this, please contact us at santayanapower@gmail.com or leave a note in the checkout comments section when placing your order.
Once your purchase is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A second email with shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched. Please note that tracking visibility may begin the day after the shipping confirmation is received. Registered customers may also sign in to review order history and status, while guest customers may request updates by email using their order confirmation number.
Order Changes & Availability
Should you need to amend or cancel an order, we encourage you to reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible or contact us at santayanapower@gmail.com. We will always do our best to assist. Once an order has been shipped, however, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Billing addresses cannot be changed after an order has been confirmed. Shipping addresses may be updated only before dispatch.
Because many of our pieces are offered in limited quantities, availability may occasionally change during periods of unusually high demand. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order or fulfill it partially. Any applicable difference will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason your online purchase is not quite right, Santayana accepts eligible returns and exchanges for online orders. To begin the process, please email santayanapower@gmail.com to request a complimentary return label. Items may also be returned by mail to:

Online purchases may also be brought to a Santayana Jewelers store location for return or exchange. For items purchased directly through one of our stores, please contact that store for assistance.
All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for return processing once your item has been received.
Returned merchandise must be in acceptable condition. Used merchandise cannot be accepted for refund or exchange unless it is defective. Certain exclusions may apply.
