If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. Jewelry must be returned in original condition. Please package the jewelry in its original box with extra padding in order to prevent damage during shipping. Santayana Jewelers is not responsible for items lost in transit. Custom designed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
