Santayana cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.
You will receive a USPS shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number.

Shipping Details
Orders will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive a shipping conformation when your order is on its way to you. USPS orders typically arrive in 7 business days.

If there is a delay due to popular demand and we are suddenly out of stock, you will receive an email or phone call from Santayana.
Shipping Regions
At the moment, we ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.
BUT, if you contact us, we will arrange to make an international shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders are shipped from Miami, FL. International shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information on these fees. If an order is placed online, but is undeliverable, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred while shipping. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Shipping Method
We usually ship USPS, fully insured. If an item is of very high value, we ship FedEx overnight and a signature will be required.
